JOHNSON, E.I., ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEER, <br />BY: <br />SUBJECT: DOMESTIC WASTEWATER RESIDUAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN INDIAN RIVER <br />COUNTY AND RIVER GROVE MOBILE HOME VILLAGE <br />BACKGROUND <br />The Owners of RIVER GROVE MOBILE HOME VILLAGE desire to utilize the Central Residual Facility <br />to dispose of residuals from the RIVER GROVE MOBILE HOME VILLAGE Wastewater Treatment Facility. <br />Attached is an agreement for services to be provided by Indian River County Department of Utility Services for <br />treatment and disposal of residuals. <br />ANALYSIS <br />The COUNTY operates and maintains a publicly owned Residuals Management Facility (Dewatering Facility) <br />at the Central Regional WWTF, permit #FLA -010434001, which is capable of accepting domestic wastewater <br />residual from outside sources. The facility has been given approval and is operating under Florida Department of <br />Environmental Protection (FDEP) permit in compliance with Florida Administrative Code (FAC), Chapter 62- <br />640, to properly treat and dispose of domestic wastewater residuals. <br />The CUSTOMER shall provide all transportation of residuals and will be charged the prevailing rates as <br />shown on the Schedule of Water and Sewer Rates, Fees and Charges, attached to the Agreement. <br />January 11, 2000 <br />
