a <br />BOOK fAGE <br />ANALYSIS <br />The Agreement states that the Indian River County Department of Utility Services shall provide <br />temporary water service to George J. Barbieri and Lorena L. Barbieri, until such time that a water line <br />may be constructed on 37th Street by Assessment. Payment of all fees required to make this connection, <br />and participation in the assessment, which may involve reconnecting to this water line as required by the <br />Indian River County Department of Utility Services, has been agreed to by George J. Barbieri and Lorena <br />L. Barbieri. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />The Department of Utility Services recommends that the Board of County Commissioners approve the <br />attached Agreement with George J. Barbieri and Lorena L.
