McCoy, AICP'�a'vNi\ <br />Senior Planner, Current Development <br />DATE: January 18, 2000 <br />SUBJECT: Cobblestone Development Corporation's Request for Final Plat <br />Approval For Cobblestone Subdivision <br />It is requested that the data herein presented be given formal consideration by the Board of County <br />Commissioners at its regular meeting of February 1, 2000. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS: <br />The Cobblestone subdivision is a 24 lot subdivision of a 19.55 acre parcel. The subject property is <br />located on the south side of 65th Street, approximately 1/4 mile east of 58th Avenue. The property <br />is zoned RS -6, residential single-family (up to 6 units/acre) and has an L-2 land use designation, low <br />density 2 (up to 6 units/acre). The density of the subdivision is 1.23 units/acre. <br />On January 14, 1999, the Planning and Zoning Commission granted preliminary plat approval for <br />the Cobblestone subdivision. The developer, Cobblestone Development Corporationsubsequently <br />obtained a land development permit and has completed construction of the required subdivision <br />improvements. The developer is now requesting final plat approval and has submitted the following: <br />February 1, 2000 <br />33 <br />BOOK 112 PAGE <br />
