The following firms were "short listed" and gave <br />formal presentations: <br />Brad Smith Associates, Inc., Melbourne, Florida <br />Kimley-Horn & Associates, Inc., West Palm Beach, Florida <br />Glatting, Jackson, Kercher, Anglin, Lopez & Rinchart, Inc., Orlando, Florida <br />On Friday, January 21, 2000, the appointed selection committee, composed of Jim Davis, Public <br />Works Director, Pat Callahan, Recreations Director, Roland DeBlois, Chief, Environmental <br />Planning, and Chris Kafer, County Engineer, observed the formal presentations of the short listed <br />firms. <br />RFrOMMF.NDATIONS <br />The following prioritized list is recommended by the Selection Committee: <br />1. Brad Smith Associates, Inc. <br />2. Glatting, Jackson, Kercher, Anglin, Lopez & Rinchart, Inc. <br />3.
