UW -99 -01 -DS <br />AND US -99 -02 -CS FINAL PAYMENT <br />BACKGROUND <br />On May 25, 1999, the Board of County Commissioners approved an inter -local agreement with the <br />City of Sebastian (City) in the amount of $101,587.50 to relocate miscellaneous w.t'r and force <br />mains in conflict with a proposed drainage project along Schumann Drive (see attached minutes of <br />meeting). <br />Construction of the project is now complete. We are requesting approval of final payment to the <br />City. <br />ANALYSIS <br />The attached final pay request results in a reduction to the inter -local agreement in the amount of <br />$36,787.50, resulting in a revised amount of $64,800.00, resulting in a 36% decrease.
