Gentile, CET, Civil Engineer <br />SUBJECT: Consultant Selection - Jungle Trail/Pelican Island Wildlife Refuge <br />Enhancement Project - Public Use Facilities - IRC Project No. 9724 <br />DATE: January 28, 2000 <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONI)TTIONS <br />After proper publication of a notice to consultants stating the County was receiving proposals for <br />architectural/engineering design services for the master planning and design of the subject park, the <br />County received proposals from five firms. The following firms were "short listed" and gave formal <br />presentations: <br />Brad Smith Associates, Inc., Melbourne, Florida <br />Harding Lawson Associates Inc., Orlando, Florida <br />Williams Hatfield and Stoner, Inc.,Pt. St. Lucie, Florida <br />On Friday, January 28, 2000, the appointed selection committee, composed of Chris Kafer, County <br />Engineer, Terry Thompson, Capital Projects Mgr.; Brian Poole, Env.
