BOOK i s �� F'iGE 0 <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />The staff of the Department of Utility Services recommends that the Board of County <br />Commissioners accept and approve the attached proposal for the modifications to the Kings <br />Highway and Roseland Elevated tanks in the amount of $7,200 with Utility Services Company, <br />Inc.; funding to be provided from Account No. 471-219-536-044-74. <br />Attachments <br />(CLERK'S NOTE: CONTRACTS WHICH WERE AVAILABLE <br />IN BOARD OF COUNTY CON%IISSIONERS OFFICE FOR REVIEW HAVE BEEN FILED <br />WITH THE BACK UP FOR THE MEETING IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD.) <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Stanbridge, SECONDED BY <br />Commissioner Ginn, the Board unanimously (4-0, <br />Commissioner Macht absent) accepted and approved the <br />proposal for the modifications to the Kings Highway and <br />Roseland Elevated tanks in the amount of $7,200 with Utility <br />Services Company, Inc., as recommended in the Memorandum. <br />Vice Chairman Ginn commented that this sounds like a very good plan. <br />ACCEPTED PROPOSAL WILL BE ON FILE <br />IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />WHEN EXECUTED AND RECEIVED <br />12.A.
