In the month of <br />December, 1999, we generated prisoner revenue totaling $107,885, detailed below: <br />U.S. Marshal - 822 inmate days at $60.00 per day S 49,320 <br />Charlotte County - 309 inmate days at $45.00 per day 13,905 <br />Polk County - 1276 inmate days at $35.00 per day 44.660 <br />Total Revenue $107,885 <br />The 549,320, when received from the U.S. Marshal's office, will be forwarded to you for deposit <br />into the County's General Fund. <br />We are asking to amend our budget by $58,565 received from Polk County and Charlotte <br />County. The first $15.00 of each inmate day will be used to offset the expense of housing the <br />prisoners. This represents $23,775 for the month of December.
