BOOR <br />tr <br />The Chairman CALLED THE QUESTION and the motion <br />carried 4-1 (Commissioner Tippin opposed). (Planning & <br />Zoning Commission's denial upheld.) <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Stanbridge, SECONDED BY <br />Vice Chairman Ginn, the Board unanimously agreed to look at <br />the Land Development Regulations concerning this particular <br />circumstance so the Board can begin to consider making <br />changes in the future. <br />(CLERK'S NOTE: THE CHAIRMAN DECLARED A BRIEF RECESS AT <br />APPROXIMATELY 11:05 A.M. THE CHAIRMAN CALLED THE <br />MEETING TO ORDER AT APPROXIMATELY 11:10 A.M. AND <br />ANNOUNCED THAT COMMISSIONER MACHT HAD LEFT DUE TO <br />ILLNESS.) <br />9.B.1. PUBLIC DISCUSSION ITEM - REQUEST BY DR HULDA <br />GROBMAN, DEPARTMENT OF CHILDREN & FAMILIES. TO GIVE <br />REPORT ON AGENCY <br />HULDA GROBMAN, EdD, read from her letter of March 7, 2000, (a copy of which <br />has been placed with the backup of the meeting) giving a history of the events which have <br />caused her to resign as the Board representative to the Board of Directors, District 15, State <br />Department of Children and Families. She was opposed to the current administrative order <br />from Tallahassee mandating privatization of children's programs and also with the process <br />March 7, 2000 <br />62 <br />
