• <br />Commissioner Stanbridge mentioned a Letter to the Editor concerning the a Street <br />sidewalks and wanted everyone to know that the project on 41 Street had been done by the <br />State, not the County or the City. <br />Public Works Director James W. Davis advised that the 4' Street sidewalk was a <br />Florida Department ofTransportationdesigned/ administered project. He has communicated <br />with them about their next sidewalk project along Oslo Road. He stated there are some <br />problems with FDOT's design and it looks like the only way we can resolve it is for the <br />County to take over the project with the money from FDOT but it might delay it for a month <br />or two. <br />There was CONSENSUS that the County take over the Oslo Road project. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Grin, SECONDED BY <br />Commissioner Stanbridge, the Board unanimously (4-0, <br />Commissioner Macht absent) approved AmendmentNo. 3 to the <br />contract with Keith & Schnars, Inc. and authorized the <br />Chairman to execute same, as recommended in the <br />memorandum. <br />AMENDMENT NO. 3 IS ON FILE <br />IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />11.G.2.
