I <br />April 21, 1999. At this time, the committee voted unanimously to <br />recommend that the Board of County Commissioners approve the <br />Land Advisory Management Advisory Council (LAMAC) Plan, subject <br />to certain conditions and changes. <br />Since the Jungle Trail Conservation Area Advisory Group has <br />completed the review, it is requested the Commission sunset this <br />committee. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Ginn, SECONDED BY <br />Commissioner Stanbridge, the Board unanimously agreed to <br />sunset the Jungle Trail Conservation Area Advisory Group, as <br />recommended in the Memorandum. <br />7.0. Brown <br />Budget Manager <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />The attached budget amendment is to appropriate funding for the following: <br />1. The State Department of Revenue has adjusted the Property Appraiser's Budgetfrom <br />the original amount for FY 1999/2000. A budget amendment is necessary to account <br />for the change. <br />2. Indian River County has received a Section 5307 Grant from the Federal Transit <br />Administration (FTA) for $606,861.
