He also felt that the County did not want to be embroiled with <br />the FCC over non-discriminatory issues. <br />Norman Ebhart, 1455 90' Avenue, President of the Shareholders of Lakewood <br />Village, stated that they have 320 homes and only 1 complaint on record about the tower. <br />You can't even see this tower from a few hundred yards away and it is loaded with birds in <br />the evening. <br />Patricia Martin, 1455 90' Avenue, Lakewood Village, stated that the Lakewood <br />Village residents had TCI cable service for 21 years and were never asked if they wanted 21d <br />Century. She has been complaining for 2 years to 21' Century about her reception. The <br />tower is not bringing in Channels 5 through 12 but she was not here to talk about the service. <br />She believes the tower is ugly and should be taken down. <br />Lewis Galpert, 1455 Wh Avenue, Lakewood Village, felt the County ordinance is <br />very restrictive. He stated that, looking to the southwest from his home, he can see a very <br />large utility tower. Between that tower and his home is the tower in question and it is not <br />noticeable. The ordinance needs to be revised. <br />Dorothy Hudson asked that the record contain the transcript from the P&Z appeal, all <br />pictures, the petition, the entire file on the site and the Code Enforcement action.
