Callahan, SRA, County Right-of-Wa Agent ?k <br />SUBJECT: Right -of -Way Acquisition I <br />5" Street SW between 27t° and 43' Avenues <br />Sidewalk Improvements <br />3700 5" Street SW, Vero Beach, Florida 32968 <br />Ruby B. Thornton <br />DATE: March 24, 2000 <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />An additional 50 feet (50') of right-of-way is needed along the north side of 5' Street SW, <br />between 2r Avenue and 43'd Avenue. The owner has executed a contract at a negotiated price of <br />$0.80 per square foot for this RS -3 zoned land. This price per square foot is comparable to other <br />similar RS -3 zoned parcels the County has purchased based upon appraisals or evaluations. <br />The Contract Price for the land is $8,752.00 based upon a total of 10,940 square feet. There are <br />other conditions and terns in the contract. <br />ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS <br />The County, through negotiation, has agreed to the following: <br />A) To compensate the property owner for 13 citrus trees @ $100.00 each = $1,300.00 <br />B) Additionally, the County has agreed to: <br />APRIL 49 2000 <br />
