WHEREAS, let us Dare to Dream that in the year 2000 and beyond, respect and dignity <br />will be basic rights for everyone victimized by crime; and <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County is joining forces with victim service programs, criminal <br />justice officials and concerned citizens throughout Indian River County to observe National Crime <br />Victims' Rights Week: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT PROCLAIMED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA that the week of April —15, <br />2000 be designated as <br />CRIME VICTIMS' RIGHTS WEEK <br />in Indian River County, and urge the citizens of this County to use the week to reaffirm our <br />commitment to see that crime victims receive our respect, understanding and help this week and <br />throughout the year. <br />Adopted this 4'h day of April, 2000. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />Fran B.
