GINN - DISCUSSION <br />OF THE NECESSITY OF STAFF GIVING A REPORT <br />OVERVIEW ONE WEEK PRIOR TO THE MEETING <br />WHERE THE BOARD WILL VOTE <br />Commissioner Ginn commented on the length of the backup documentation submitted <br />for each week's meeting and expressed her desire for more explanation from staff when <br />reports are given.
