The special assessments shown on the attached assessment roll are hereby <br />confirmed and approved, and shall remain legal, valid, and binding first liens against <br />the properties assessed until paid in full. <br />3. The Board finds that the properties assessed by this resolution will receive special <br />benefits equal to or greater than the cost of the assessment. <br />4. The County will recons the special assessments and this resolution, which describes <br />the properties the <br />ublic <br />records, which shall sco stituteed and eprima facie amounts evidence <br />aof the assessments, <br />a idiity of the special <br />assessments. <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Ti not n , and <br />the motion was seconded by Commissioner Stanbridge and, upon being put <br />to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Fran B.
