Dev. 250 <br />Commissioner Stanbridge pointed out how difficult it can be to get a quorum for a large <br />committee and she preferred that no further members be added just now. As there are openings, <br />additional members will be considered. She clarified that because David Pearson might have time <br />constraints, whoever he sends to the meetings will be Habitat for Humanity' representative. <br />Acting County Attorney Terrence P. O'Brien asked if Community Development Director <br />Robert M. Keating is a voting member of the committee and wondered if that would cause a Sunshine <br />Law concern. <br />Vice Chairman Ginn pointed out that the concern would also affect Larola F. B.
