ZL STATE REVENUE SHARING APPLICATION <br />The Board reviewed a Memorandum of May 24, 2000: <br />TO: Board of County Commissioners <br />DATE: May 24, 2000 <br />SUBJECT: State Revenue Sharing Applicat <br />ion <br />FROM: Ed Fry, Finance Director <br />Attached to this memordndum is the State Revenue Sharing application that must be filled in, signed, <br />and returned to the State by June 30, 2000. This application must be completed and filed on a timely <br />basis in order for the County to receive State Revenue Sharing funds. For the 1999 fiscal year, the <br />County received $3,090,084.00 in State Revenue Sharing funds. As of April, 2000, the County has <br />received $1,354,646.22. <br />The Sheriff and the Director of the Department of Emergency Services have completed and signed <br />the appropriate sections of the application. The County has complied with all of the requirements <br />set forth in the application and has filed all reports that are required to be filed with the State. All <br />sections of the application have been completed and the application has been signed by the Chief <br />Fiscal Officer. <br />Request the Board of County Commissioners to authorize the Chairman of the Board to sign the <br />State Revenue Sharing application. <br />JUNE 69 2000 <br />BiJuK �` <br />-31- <br />• <br />
