Donald Williamson's request to rezone ±5 acres located at 13575 83'd'Avenue, from MED, <br />Medical District, to OCR, Office/Commercial/Residential District (Quasi -Judicial) <br />2. Paradise partners, Inc., request to amend the Comprehensive Plan to redesignate ±0.63 acres <br />located ±249 feet south of CR 512 and ±235 feet east of CR 510, from C/I, <br />Commercial/Industrial, to L-1, Low -Density Residential -1 (up to 3 units/acre), and rezone <br />those±0.63 acres from CG, General Commercial District, to A-1, Agricultural District (up <br />to 1 unit/5 acres); and to amend the Comprehensive Plan to redesignate ±0.63 acres located <br />on the south side of CR 512,±300 feet east of CR 510, from L-1, Low -Density Residential -1 <br />(up to 3 units/acre), to C/I, Commercial/Industrial, and rezone that ±0.63 acres from CG, <br />General Commercial District, to A-1, Agricultural District (up to 1 unit/5 acres) (Legislative) <br />Please be advised that the following public hearings have been scheduled for Board consideration <br />at its July 11, 2000, meeting. <br />1.
