Commissioner Macht asked about the existing building on the SJRWMD property. <br />Public Works Director Jim Davis stated that the fate of the building is undecided but <br />the building is not a part of the exchange. The major consideration for the County in the <br />exchange is the additional right-of-way on 43rd Avenue.
