O'Brien, Acting County Attorney <br />DATE: May 18, 2000 <br />RE: APPROVAL OF COUNTY DEED <br />SURPLUS PROPERTY - CLARISSIA MELTON <br />At the May 16, 2000, meeting of the Board of County Commissioners the Board <br />approved accepting a bid from Clarissa Melton for the sale of some surplus County <br />property at 2319 Second Avenue, SE; therefore, the attached County Deed has <br />been prepared. Staff requests that the Board authorize the Chairman to sign it. <br />Recommendation: Board authorize the Chairman to sign the attached <br />County Deed to the Melton for Lot 17, Block 2 <br />of Florida Ridge. <br />JUNE 612000 <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Stanbridge, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Grin, the Board <br />unanimously authorized the Chairman to execute the <br />Deed to Clarissia E.
