C.E.T., Civil Engineer <br />SUBJECT: Professional Engineering Services Agreement for North County Regional Park <br />— Indian River County Project No. 9926 —.-amendment No. 1 <br />DATE: June 6, 2000 <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />Indian River County entered into a Professional Services Agree <br />Florida Dement with rad Smith partment es, <br />Inc. on March 21, 2000. Staff has been informed of a granfrom the <br />of <br />Transportation (FDOT), T-21 Enhancement Grant. to be used for the design of a historic railroad <br />exhibit. The consultant, Brad Smith Associates, will prepare a staff information report to be <br />presented to the Board. They will complete the grant application package for submittal to the FDOT. <br />Not included in the original scope were services necessary to develop an cations and appropriate <br />with the on <br />meetings <br />strategy for almost the entire site, preparation of permittinOrip Originally. much of the pastureland was <br />John's River Water Management District (SJRWMD). g <br />considered upland. The fees for <br />the above work are as follows: <br />Task 1 — T-21 Enhancement Grant Application $1.230.00.920.00 <br />Task 2 — Buffer Preserve Mitigation/Permitting Strategy 86 S6;00.00 <br />Task 3 — Boundary Survey Discrepancies TOTAL: $9,500.00 <br />The Agreement shall be increased from $249.070.00 to $253.570.00. <br />JUNE 139 2000 <br />
