Jr. <br />DATE: June 13, 2000 <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />An additional 60 feet (60') of right-of-way is needed along the north side of 5' Street SW <br />between 43' and 58' Avenues to accommodate a road improvement (paving) project. The owner <br />has executed a contract at a negotiated price of $18,000 per acre for this RS -3 zoned land.
