There are two purposes of this request. Land to the northeast contains pine flatwoods and is <br />zoned MED. Land to the southeast, across 83id Avenue (Bay Street), is zoned RS -3. Single -Family <br />Residential District (up to 3 unitstacre), and consists of vacant wooded land. To the southwest of <br />the subject property, abutting land is zoned RS -3 and contains single-family residences.
