Chairman Adams felt it is the Board's responsibility to alleviate the situation. Major <br />changes have already been made on 58' Avenue and the Board needs to ameliorate the <br />impact on citizens where possible. She believed this is an opportunity to provide a <br />transitional area and come up with some positive solutions. <br />ON MOTION amended by Commissioner Macht, <br />and SECONDED by Commissioner Ginn, the Board <br />unanimously denied the request to change the land <br />use designation of the subject property and denied <br />the request to rezone the site, as recommended by <br />staff, and directed staff to develop a plan dealing <br />specifically with this property and generically with <br />this situation. <br />9.A.8.
