It is requested that the data herein presented be given formal consideration by the Board of County <br />Commissioners at its regular meeting of July 11, 2000. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS: <br />Please be advised that the following public hearings have been scheduled for Board consideration <br />at its July 18, 2000 meeting. <br />1. LDR (Land Development Regulations) Amendments: <br />A. TIFs (traffic impact fees) for Golf Course Projects <br />B. SR 60 Corridor Window Signs <br />C. Wabasso Corridor: Additional Requirements in the CR 510 East Corridor <br />Sub -area <br />D. SR 60 Corridor Freestanding Signs Near I-95 <br />E. Building Height Regulations <br />2. Joseph & Beverly Driver's request for an abandonment of a portion of 128' Court in <br />Roseland (Legislative). <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The above referenced public hearing date is provided for the Board's information. No action is <br />needed. <br />Community Development Director Bob Keating announced that Item 9.C.2., the <br />Driver request for an abandonment of a portion of 128`' Court in Roseland will not be heard <br />on July 18, 2000 but will be re -advertised to be heard on August 1, 2000. <br />NO ACTION REQUIRED OR TAKEN. <br />JULY 119 2000 <br />-141- <br />Bm"114PG157 <br />
