CHAST (� <br />AND STAFFED MANAGER OF AS MENT PROJECTS <br />BY: DEPARTMENT SERVICES <br />SUBJECT: TEMPORARY WATER SERVICE AGREEMENT <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY AND <br />GRACE UNITED METHODIST CHURCH <br />WABASSO, FLORIDA <br />BACKGROUND <br />Grace United Methodist Church has requested that a temporary service be installed from the water line at the <br />north end of 501, Avenue, and the west side of U.S. Highway 1, to Service their property at 8799 50" Avenue, <br />Wabasso, Florida <br />ANALYSIS <br />The Agreement states that the Indian River County Department of Utility Services shall provide temporary <br />water service to Grace United Methodist Church, until such time that a water line may be constructed on 501, <br />Avenue by assessment The Church agrees to pay all fees required to make this cormection. The Church <br />further agrees to participation in the assessment, and to reconnect to this water line as required by the Indian <br />River County Department of Utility Services. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />The Department of Utility Services recommends that the Board of Counry Commissioners approve the <br />attached Agreement with Grace United Methodist Church on the Consent Agenda. <br />JULY 119 2000 <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Stanbridge, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Tippin, the Board <br />unanimously approved the Agreement with Grace <br />United Methodist Church, as recommended by staff. <br />AGREEMENT IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE <br />OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />-35- <br />noun 114 PG051 <br />
