0 <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Tippin, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Macht, the Board, <br />by a 4-1 vote (Commissioner Ginn opposed) <br />adopted Ordinance 2000-022 amending the Zoning <br />Ordinance and the accompanying Zoning Map for <br />±0.63 acres located ±249 feet south of CR -512 and <br />±235 feet east of CR -510, from CG to A -l; and <br />amending the Zoning Ordinance and the <br />accompanying Zoning Map for ±0.63 acres located <br />on the south side of CR -512, ±300 feet east of CR - <br />510 from A-1 to CG (Paradise Partners, Inc.). <br />J <br />ORDINANCE NO. 2000- 022 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE ZONING <br />ORDINANCE AND THE ACCOMPANYING ZONING MAP FOR ±0.63 ACRES LOCATED <br />±249 FEET SOUTH OF CR 512 AND ±235 FEET EAST OF CR 510, FROM CG TO A-1; <br />AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND THE ACCOMPANYING ZONING MAP FOR <br />±0.63 ACRES LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF CR 512,±300 FEET EAST OF CR 510, <br />FROM A-1 TO CG; AND DESCRIBED HEREIN, AND PROVIDING SEVERABILITY AND <br />EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission, sitting as the local planning agency on <br />such matters, has held a public hearing and subsequently made a recommendation regarding this <br />rezoning request; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, did <br />publish and send its Notice of Intent to rezone the hereinafter described property, and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has determined that this rezoning is in <br />conformance with the Comprehensive Plan of Indian River County, and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has held a public hearing pursuant to this <br />rezoning request, at which parties in interest and citizens were heard; <br />JULY 119 2000 <br />-79- <br />61{ 1 14 PG 095 <br />
