Keating, AICP <br />Community Development Direct <br />FROM: Stan Boling AICP <br />Planning Director <br />DATE: July 12, 2000 <br />SUBJECT: LDR Amendments <br />It is requested that the data herein presented be given formal consideration by the Board of County <br />Commissioners at its regular meeting of July 18, 2000. <br />BACKGROUND: <br />Staff has prepared a separate report and ordinance for each of the 5 LDR (Land Development <br />Regulation) amendments to be considered by the Board of County Commissioners. These reports <br />and ordinances are attached, in order, for these proposed amendments, which are: - <br />1. Traffic impact fee ordinance measure for assessing new golf course development and other <br />minor changes. <br />2. CR 510 East additional corridor regulations (regulations applicable to a sub -area of the <br />Wabasso Corridor Plan area). <br />3.
