N.G.V.D. In the attached letter from the <br />applicant's engineer dated July 11, 2000 a waiver of the cut and <br />fill requirements is requested. The lot area is 1.06 acres. The <br />volume of the 100 year floodplain displaced by the proposed grading <br />plan is estimated to be 351 cubic yards. <br />The waiver request has been revi€wed by staff and appears to meet <br />the criteria of Section 930.07(2)(d)4. of the Stormwater Management <br />and Flood Protection Ordinance for lots located in the Vero Lake <br />Estates Municipal Services Taxing Unit. <br />Grant the cut and fill balance waiver based on the criteria of <br />Section 930.07(2)(d)4. <br />Deny the cut and fill waiver.
