Kafer, Jr., P.E., County Engine <br />SUBJECT: ROSELAND AREA STORMWATER HvIP VEMENTS PROJECT <br />IRC Project No. 9318 WORK ORDER NO. 2, Final Pay Request - Carter Associates, <br />Inc. <br />DATE: July 14, 2000 <br />The Board of County Commissioners executed this Work Order in the amount of $19,895.00 on <br />February 9, 1999. The work specified has been completed by Carter Associates, Inc. and has been <br />accepted by the County Engineer. Carter Associates, Inc. is currently working on the design phase <br />of this Stormwater Improvement project. <br />AIT RNATIVES AND ANALYSIS <br />Alternative No. 1 - Approve the final pay request in the amount of 53.516.66 which includes the <br />balance due and retainage. <br />Alternative No 2 - Deny the final pay request and change order. <br />Staff recommends Alternative No. 1.
