Multi -Family Revenue Bond <br />FROM: Joseph A. Baird, Assistant County Administrator <br />The Board of County Commissioners at its regular meeting of November 9, 1999 <br />approved a resolution enabling Walker Avenue Club, Ltd. to issue multi -family revenue bonds <br />in an amount not to exceed $9,100,000.
