Tabar, P.E., Coastal Engineer I / <br />SUBJECT: Final Payment for Applied Technology and Management Inc. <br />Professional Services for Economic Study <br />DATE: August 7, 2000 <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />In July 1998 during the Board of County Commission regular meeting, <br />the Board awarded a contract for $139,838 to Applied Technology and <br />Management, Inc. for professional services to complete an economic <br />study for the Beach Preservation Plan. The work has been completed <br />in accordance with the contract and accepted by the County Project <br />Manager. The consultant has requested final payment and release of <br />retainage for the contract. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS AND FUNDING <br />Staff recommends the approval of the final payment of $11,517.46 be <br />_ released to the consultant.
