ON MOTION by Commissioner Ginn, SECONDED BY <br />Commissioner Macht, the Board unanimously (4-0, <br />Commissioner Tippin absent) adopted ResolutionNo. 2000-083 <br />correcting Resolution No. 2000-074 by attachment of the <br />complete preliminary assessment roll for paving and drainage <br />improvements to 19' Avenue, S.W., between 10' Street, S.W. <br />and 9t' Street, S.W. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2000- oss <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, CORRECTING RESOLUTION NO. 2000- <br />074 BY ATTACHMENT OF THE COMPLETE <br />PRELIMINARY ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR PAVING <br />AND DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS TO 19TH <br />AVENUE, S.W. BETWEEN 10TH STREET, S.W. <br />AND 9TH STREET, S.W. <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida passed Resolution No. 2000-073 providing for certain paving and <br />drainage improvements to portions of 19th Avenue, S.W. and legally describing <br />the properties to be benefited, and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County <br />passed Resolution No. 2000-074 setting a time and place for the public hearing <br />with respect to the paving and drainage improvement project; and <br />WHEREAS, the preliminary assessment roll attached to Resolution No. <br />2000-074 omitted the first page and first six properties to be benefited; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA that this corrective <br />resolution containing a complete preliminary assessment roll for the above - <br />August 15, 2000 <br />38 <br />BK 114 PG 573 <br />I <br />
