• • <br />The First Church of God of Vero Beach, Inc. is constructing a facility west of <br />King's Highway and south of 12th Street. Certain landscaping improvements <br />which are required prior to C.O. cannot be installed due to the construction of the <br />King's Highway widening project. The church has entered into a contract to <br />install the required landscaping improvements within ninety days after notification <br />from the County that its improvement project is complete.
