Ginn <br />Commissioner <br />Following the Commission meeting on September 5, 2000, I contacted Mr. Ed. Netto and he has <br />agreed to serve on the Space Needs Committee as the General Contractor representative. I <br />would like to request approval of following appointments: <br />Fran B.
