F, <br />ORDINANCE NO. 2000- W <br />AN ORDINANCE OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE <br />ZONING ORDINANCE AND THE ACCOMPANYING ZONING MAP FROM CL <br />TO PD FOR APPROXIMATELY 0.52 ACRES OF LAND GENERALLY <br />LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF 457H STREET, JUST EAST OF 34TH <br />COURT; AND DESCRIBED HEREIN, AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE <br />DATE. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission, sitting as the local planning agency on <br />such matters, has held a public hearing and subsequently made a recommendation regarding this <br />rezoning request; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, did <br />publish and send its Notice of Intent to rezone the hereinafter described property; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has determined that this rezoning, is <br />consistent with the Comprehensive Plan of Indian River County, and the county land development <br />regulations, including but not limited to the Planned Development (PD) Process and Standards for <br />Development chapter, and <br />WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, in conjunction <br />with the rezoning request has approved a PD conceptual plan (see EXHIBIT B. attached) that <br />controls and regulates development on the subject land; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has held a public hearing pursuant to this <br />rezoning request, at which parties in interest and citizens were heard; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, that the Zoning of the property situated in Indian River County, and legally <br />described in EXHIBIT A (attached) be changed from CL to PD (up to 6 units/acre). <br />0 <br />-36- <br />
