The Agreement is the <br />contract that will make funds available for your program. To execute this Agreement, please do <br />the following: <br />• Have the authorizing official sign the agreement on the last page <br />• Include the FID number of your agency, and if available your SAMAS <br />(FLAIR) Code <br />• Retain a copy of the Agreement for your files <br />• Return the original to the Bureau of Advocacy and Grants Management, Office of the <br />Attorney General, PL -01, The Capitol, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-1050 <br />This Agreement must be executed by both parties no later than September 30, 2000. Any <br />delay in execution will delay the availability of grant funds. No grant expenses for the period <br />October 1, 2000, through September 30, 2001, may be incurred until the signed original <br />Agreement is returned to this office. - <br />I look forward to working with you during the coming year.
