County Attorney Bangel pointed out there were two matters to be considered at this meeting concerning the subject. ON MOTION by Commissioner Stanbridge, SECONDED BY Commissioner Tippin, the Board unanimously (4-0, Vice Chairman Ginn absent) adopted Resolution No. 2000-122 providing for the Sebastian Area Phase III -A Water Expansion (an area south of Caravan Terrace with Periwinkle Drive along the south and west); providing the total estimated cost, method of payment of assessments, number of annual installments, and legal description of the area specifically served. RESOLUTION NO. 2000- 122 A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, PROVIDING FOR THE SEBASTIAN AREA PHASE III -A WATER EXPANSION (AN AREA SOUTH OF CARAVAN TERRACE WITH PERIWINKLE DRIVE ALONG THE SOUTH AND WEST); PROVIDING THE TOTAL ESTIMATED COST, METHOD OF PAYMENT OF ASSESSMENTS, NUMBER OF ANNUAL INSTALLMENTS, AND LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF THE AREA SPECIFICALLY SERVED.
