COMMISSIONER TIFFIN - RESOLUTION 2000-125 <br />MEMBERSHIP OF THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL <br />INCREASED TO INCLUDE A MEMBER Pi <br />REPRESENTATIVE OF THE MANUFACTURING <br />TASK FORCE <br />The Board reviewed the proposed resolution in the backup for the meeting. <br />Commissioner Tippin brought this request from the Economic Development Council <br />whose members desired to have a representative from the Manufacturing Task Force on the <br />EDC. <br />MOTION WAS MADE by Commissioner Tippin, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Macht, to add a representative from the <br />Manufacturing Task Force -to the Economic Development <br />Council. <br />County Attorney Bangel pointed out thathe had understood and drafted the resolution <br />"to include a member of the manufacturing community". <br />Commissioner Tippin responded that there is already a member from the <br />manufacturing community, therefore, the resolution should read a member of the <br />Manufacturing Task Force. <br />County Attorney Bangel understood the correction and stated he would make the <br />correction in the resolution prior to the Chairman signing it. <br />THE CHAIRMAN CALLED THE QUESTION and the Board <br />unanimously (4-0 Vice Chairman Ginn absent) adopted <br />Resolution No. 2000-125 amending Resolution No. 93-175, <br />increasing the membership of the Economic Development <br />October 3, 2000 <br />113 <br />BK 115 PG 35 1 <br />
