Community Development Director Robert M. Keating reviewed the memorandum <br />using a Power Point®outline displayed on the ELMO. (Outline on file in the Office of the <br />Clerk to the Board.) He advised that staff and the Planning and Zoning Commission <br />recommended the rezoning. <br />The Chairman opened the public hearing and asked if anyone wished to be heard in <br />this matter.
