ON MOTION by Vice Chairman Ginn, SECONDED BY <br />Commissioner Stanbridge, the Board unanimously adopted - <br />Resolution No. 2000-130 setting a time and place at which the <br />owners of properties located in Westgate Colony Subdivision <br />petition sewer service & 9th and 801h Avenues, 791h Court and <br />215E Street north of SR 60) and other interested persons, may <br />appear before the Board of County Commissioners and be heard <br />as to the propriety and advisability of constructing the gravity <br />sewer system, as to the cost thereof, as to the manner of <br />payment therefor, and as to the amount thereof to be specially <br />assessed against each property benefitted thereby. <br />Time and Place (Second Reso.) 10/00(reso/westgate)MIDC <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2000-130 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, SETTING A TIME <br />AND PLACE AT WHICH THE OWNERS OF PROPERTIES LOCATED IN <br />WESTGATE COLONY SUBDIVISION PETITION SEWER SERVICE (79 - <br />AND 8e AVENUES, 79"' COURT AND 21" STREET NORTH OF STATE <br />ROAD 60) AND OTHER INTERESTED PERSONS, MAY APPEAR BEFORE <br />THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS AND BE HEARD AS TO THE <br />PROPRIETY AND ADVISABILITY OF CONSTRUCTING THE GRAVITY <br />SEWER SYSTEM, AS TO THE COST THEREOF, AS TO THE MANNER OF <br />PAYMENT THEREFOR, AND AS TO THE AMOUNT THEREOF TO BE <br />SPECIALLY ASSESSED AGAINST EACH PROPERTY BENEFITED <br />THEREBY. <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County has, by <br />Resolution No. 2000-129 'determined that it is necessary for the public welfare of the citizens <br />of the county, and particularly as to those living, working, and owning property within the area <br />described hereafter, that a gravity sewer system be installed to serve 72 parcels located in <br />Westgate Colony Subdivision (79th and 801" Avenues, 79'h Court and 21" Street north of State <br />Road 60); and <br />WHEREAS, it has been determined that the cost to be specially assessed with respect <br />thereto shall be $0.701607 per square foot; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has caused an assessment roll to be <br />completed and filed with the Clerk to the Board; and <br />October 17, 2000 <br />t <br />0 <br />
