Mudge, who moved its adoption: <br />WREAS, it appears to this Board that the welfare, happiness and best interests of <br />the citizens of this section will be promoted by the acquisition of Govt Lots 2--3 and 4 <br />Section 20 Township 30 South Range 39 East, for STATE PARK purposes and its maintenance <br />as such, the said property being adjacent to and South of the Sebastian Inlet and <br />whereas this Board has no funds nor authority to acquire said property. <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that we do hereby request our :Senator, Han. C. F. Ra,uler- <br />son and our Representative Hon Eli C. VAi.lker to sponser and pass at the next session <br />of the Florida Legislature an Act establishing said property as and for a State Park, <br />and that it be maintained as such; <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of this Board be and he is hereby instructed <br />to furnish a copy of this resolution to our Senator and Representative. <br />Upon being put to a vote the same was unanimously adopted. <br />It was ordered that Chas W. Sembler be permitted to construct and use a fish house <br />on the right-of-way of Oslo Road on Indian River, same to revert to the County when <br />he abandons the some. <br />The several bills and accounts against the County having been audited, were exam- <br />ined, and found correct, were approved and warrants ordered issued in settlement of <br />same. LSUch bills and accounts being on file in the office of the Clerk Circuit Court. <br />The warrants issued from the respective funds, being listed completely in the County <br />Finance Record as <br />provided <br />by law, <br />reference <br />to <br />said record <br />and the list <br />so recorded <br />being made a part <br />of these <br />records <br />as fully <br />and <br />eomplataly <br />as if the same <br />were set out <br />
