Transmittal Resolution <br />In response to Vice Chairman Ginn, Director Keating advised that three opposing <br />votes were cast by members of the Professional Services Advisory Committee because a <br />similar item at that meeting was not recommended by staff and the three members questioned <br />why both items were not treated the same. <br />Commissioner Macht thought the decision about a railroad crossing concerning the <br />Hawk's Nest development a few years prior had created a concern and he was a little <br />suspicious about this thoroughfare closing. <br />Chairman Adams advised that she had no concern because railroad crossings at SR510 <br />and at 77`' Street are nearby.
