She <br />summarized the issue, the alternatives presented by staff, and commented there is no perfect <br />answer. Chairman Adams called for some action in this matter so the sidewalk could move <br />along and Mrs. Browning could get on with her life. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Tippin, SECONDED BY _ <br />Commissioner Stanbridge, the Board unanimously approved <br />proceeding to construct the sidewalk in County Murphy Act <br />Right -of -Way approximately 27' from Mrs. Browning's house <br />as discussed at the meeting with her on October 27, 2000; the <br />sidewalk may have to be relocated across her 65' frontage when <br />Oslo Road is widened which would place the sidewalk T behind <br />the existing utility pole line along Oslo Road.
