Adams, Chairman <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Stanbridge, SECONDED BY <br />Vice Chairman Ginn, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Resolution No. 2000-143 setting a time and place at which the <br />owners of properties located in Anita Park Subdivision (3 7t' and <br />38`x' Streets, east of 581 Avenue and west of 56' Avenue) and <br />other interested persons may appear before the Board of County <br />Commissioners and be heard as to the propriety and advisability <br />of constructing the water main extension, as to the cost thereof, <br />as to the manner of payment therefor, and as to the amount <br />thereof to be specially assessed against each property benefitted <br />thereby. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2000- 143 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, SETTING A TIME <br />AND PLACE AT WHICH THE OWNERS OF PROPERTIES LOCATED IN <br />ANITA PARK SUBDIVISION (37TH AND 38TH STREETS, EAST OF 58TH <br />AVENUE AND WEST OF 56TH AVENUE) AND OTHER INTERESTED <br />PERSONS, MAY APPEAR BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS AND BE HEARD AS TO THE PROPRIETY AND <br />ADVISABILITY OF CONSTRUCTING THE WATER MAIN EXTENSION, AS <br />TO THE COST THEREOF, AS TO THE MANNER OF PAYMENT <br />THEREFOR, AND AS TO THE AMOUNT THEREOF TO BE SPECIALLY <br />ASSESSED AGAINST EACH PROPERTY BENEFITED THEREBY. <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County has, by <br />Resolution No. 2000-142 , determined that it is necessary for the public welfare of the citizens <br />of the county, and particularly as to those living, working, and owning property within the area <br />described hereafter, that a waterline be installed to serve 45 lots located on 37'" and 38'" <br />Streets east of 58'" Avenue and west of 56'" Avenue; and <br />November 7, 2000 <br />189 <br />
