1 <br />1 <br />The County Assessor of taxes then presented the intangible tax roll, for the year <br />1934, same was examined and approved by the County'Commissi;oners, as provided by lair, <br />and the following warrant was annexed thereto: <br />_ TBE STATE OF FLORIDA <br />To - Tr my;.t .e Yo ody , _ <br />Tax Collector of the County of Indian River. <br />YOU are hereby commanded to collect our of the real and personal property, and <br />from each of the persons and corporations named in the annexed roll the taxes set down <br />on each roll, opposite each name, corporation or parcel of land therein described, <br />and—incase taxes so imposed are not paid at the time prescribed, by law, you are to <br />collect the same by levy and sale of the goods and chattels, lands and tenements so <br />assessed, or of the persons or corporation so taxed; and all such sums collected for <br />the State taxes you are to pay to the State Treasurer at such time as may be required <br />by law,, and at the same time you are to pay to the legally qualified depository all <br />sums collected for County taxes, district school taxes, and other special taxes; and <br />you are further rewired to make all collections on or before the first monday in <br />April, and on or before the first Monday in July you will make a final report to and <br />settlement with the Comptroller and County Commissioners. <br />Given under my hand and seal this the 17thnday of October, in the year A D 1934. <br />W. County. <br />There being no further business the Board, on motion made, seconded and carried <br />then adjourned. <br />ATTEST: <br />/A A ` <br />e r <br />TU3SDJ,Y, OCTOBER 30th 1934. <br />The Board of County Commissioners in and for Indian River County, Florida, met at <br />the Court House in Vero Beach, at 2:00 o'clock P. M. Tuesday, October 30th 19349 with <br />the following membersof the Board present:. J.J.P.Hamilton, Chairman; R.E.Hudge; Frank <br />C. Vickers; John M. Knight and Edwin :A a Helseth. Also present was Miles Warren,Clerk. <br />The Ch&iiman announced the meeting was held for the purpose of permitting anyone <br />to request that their name be restored on the registration' books of the County whose <br />names have been heretofore stricken from said books by this Board. <br />No person appeared and requested that his or her name be restored, and there being <br />no further business on motion made, seconded and carried the Board then adjourned until <br />the regular meeting to be held in Novemoer 1934. <br />w � r <br />ATTE CT : ,,� aizman <br />C l e r k <br />
