North-west corner of Township 31 South Range 35 East, thence South along the Township line to the South-west corner of Township 31 South Range 35 East, thence Fast six miles more or less to the North-west corner of Township 32 South Range 36 East, run South 6 miles more or less to the South-west corner of Township 32 South Range 36 East, thence run East 18 miles more or less, to the South-east corner of Township 32 South Range 38 Nast, thence run North 6 miles more or less to the South-west corner of Township 31 South Range 39 East, run thence Nast to the waters edge of the Atlantic ocean, thence north meandering said waters edge to place of beginning. AND SAS, it is further provided that in the event of all or any part of the said Fellsmere Cross State Road District being placed by law in another County than St Lucie or Brevard County, all duties therein prescribed for offices of St Lucie or Brevard Counties shall be performed by the officals of such other County or counties and whereas it appears that the above described portion of Fellsmere Cross State Road District was formerly situated in St Lucie County, Florida, but now lies in Indian River County, Florida. NOW, THEREFORE, Notice is herby given that on the 22nd day of August'A D 1925, between he hours of 8 A. M. and sun down an election will be held in the territory described in said Act as herein above set forth, and known as that part of Fellsmere Cross State District, lying and being in Indian River County, Florida, for the purpose of electing three Commissioners of the Fellsmere Cross State Road District; and to determine whether the Board of Commissioners of Fellsmere Cross State Road District shall be authorized to issue bonds in the sum of $200,000.00 for the purposes provided in said Act, sad that said election will be held in said described portion of Fellsmere Cross State road District lying in Indian River County, Florida, in Presinct No. 2 at Town hall in Sebastian, Florida; in Presinct No. 8 at Carrier Hall in Fellsmere, Florida, and in Precinct No. 3 at office American Railway Express Co. Wabasso, Florida, and in precinct No. 1 at Florida East Coast Railway depot, Roseland, Florida. The officers appointed to hold said election in Precinct No. 2 shall be: S A Park; A. Foster; S A Braswell, Inspectors, P. P. Lawson, Clerk. The officers appointed to hold said Election in Precinct No. 8 shall be: George Hughes; R J Dunnam; George E King, Inspectors; Dorthera Holmden, Clerk. The officers appointed to hold said election in Precinct No. 3 shall be: T J Cail; T H Sibley; A R Miller, Inspectors; Mfrs J 0 Morgan, Clerk. The officers appointed to hold said election in Precinct No. 1 shall be: WW Holtzclaw; N. D. Hammond; Dempsey Cain, Inspectors; T A Gerring, Clerk. It is further resolved that tke candidates for Commissioners of Fellsmere Cross State Road District may be any person qualified for such position under the laws of the State of Florida, said election to be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, governing the calling and holding of said Special election and qualification of candi- dates therein. Be it further resolved that the Clerk of this Board cause due notice of said election to be published as required by law. The question being put on the adoption of the resolution the vote was as follows: Yeas: Commissioners Atkin; Braddock; Forbes; Helseth and LaBruce. Nays: None. So the resolution was declared adopted.
