1 <br />1 <br />[1 <br />XONDAYs JULY let 1935: <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River Uounty met in the office of the <br />Clerk of the Circuit Court at Vero Beach in the County of Indian River, on this the <br />1st day of July, 1935, and the following County Commissioners were presentl J.J.P.Hamil- <br />ton, Chairmen; H. E. Madge; L. P. Poole and Edwin A. Helseth. Absent Frank C. Vickers. <br />Also present were James T. Vocelle, Attorney; wm. W. Trick, sheriff and Miles warrens <br />Clerk. <br />J. D. Baker appeared before the Board regarding insurance on new County Truck <br />purchased. it me ordered that this insurance be placed with Mr. Baker and he was ini - <br />strracted to prepare the policy. <br />U. E. Knowles appeared before the Board requesting the County Commissioners to <br />recommend to the State Board of Pardons the released of Lawrence Hmi:th, serving a 6 <br />months jail sentence for assaulting his mother.
