Snapp conveyance of the above described property with <br />said conveyance containing warranty as to persons claiming under Indian River County, <br />and that upon the closing of said transaction possession +f said property shall be <br />delivered to said purchaser; that taxes on said property for the year 1935 be paid by <br />purchaser. This resolution effective for 15 days, otherwise null & void <br />Commissioner Vickers seconded the adoption of the resolution and upon roll call <br />it was adopted by the following votes Ayes Commissioners Hamilton; Vickers; Mudge and <br />He leeth. Nays: None. <br />`t'h..e several bills and accounts against the County, having been audited, were <br />examined and found correct were approved and warrents ordered issued in settlement of <br />ane. The Bills and accounts being on file, in the office of the Clerk Circuit Court. <br />The warrants so <br />is' sued from the <br />respective funds being listed completely <br />in the County <br />Finance record, <br />or supplemental <br />minute book, as provided by the rules and <br />regulations <br />of the State .,Auditor, reference to said record and the list so recorded being made a <br />part of these minutes. <br />The County Depository filed its monthly report of receipts and disbursements of <br />the various funds, whish having been audited was found to be correct. <br />There being no further business the Board then adjourned. <br />ATTEST: Chairman <br />C 1 e rk. <br />- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - <br />TWISDAY, OCTOBER 1 st 1935. <br />METING OF DELIKQUE11T TAX ADJUSTHEN BOARD <br />The Delinquent Tax Adjustment Board of Indian River County, Florida, met at the <br />Court House in Vero Beach on Tuesday, October let 19359 with- the following member's of <br />the Board present: J. J. P. Hamilton, Chairman; Frank C. Vickers; H. E. Mudge and <br />Edwin A. Helseth. Also W. R. Duncan, Tax As sensor, and ex -off i cio member of this Board <br />present. Also present was Miles warren, Clerk Circuit Court and Secretary of said <br />Board. <br />It was moved, seconded and carried that all tax redemptions made during the month <br />of %ptember 1935, be and the same are ratified and confirmed in every respect. <br />The question of. continuing to adjust taxes on the basis of 50/16 of the total amount <br />of County taxes, without interest, was fully discussed, and after carefully. considering <br />the same, on motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, it was ordered that tax <br />redemptions be made for the months of Ootober, November and December 1935 on the basis <br />of 5% of the total amount of County tax, without interest, with the right to pay all <br />County tax up to and including the year 1931 with bonds (following the original Futch <br />Act) and collect the 1932--1933 and 1934 taxes in dash on the adjusted basis as out <br />lined :.above, using the lowest assessed valuation in computing the taxes, as noir provided <br />by law. It was further moved, seconded and carried, that the distribution of such tax <br />as collected in cash be made on the some basis as heretofore, unless otherwise instructec <br />by the Board of County Commissioners. <br />There being no further business, on. motion made, seconded and carried the Board <br />then adjourned to meet again upon gall of the Chairman. <br />9 <br />Minlrman,q Delinquent Tax .fid justnienI <br />B o, a r d <br />
